Global Mark Resources also known as ‘GMR’ was incorporated on 12th December 2005. She has two (2) Directors who have the aptitude in the logistic industries. GMR has since provided more than 20 manpower and management services in the construction sector since Mar 2006. The construction staffs, both local and foreign are skilled staff providing specialist installation for pest control in various buildings for the Private and Statutory board projects.
He has had personally managed a contract company and hired most of the staffing needs and managed the operation smoothly with a total manpower of above 150 staffing in a MNC logistic corporation in Singapore.
He had not only managed a group of daily rated operation hands but also managed about 30 – 40 Administrative staffs in Customer services and Custom Declarants. A.Majid had also worked closely with various MNC management and non-executive staffs to improve and provide pro-active role to improve the overall work plan in order to minimize operational disruption.
Global Mark Resources is also an active Government GeBiz trading partner since the year 2006 and has more than 20 contracted staffs in various Schools and other Governmental agencies.
An extensive trained and well groomed Manager of MNC company (General Electric (USA) Pte Ltd). He has more than 30 years in manufacturing operations, outsourcing and human relations skills besides his technical knowledge in Electrical & Electronics, Welding, Plastic & Moulding, Metal Fabrication and Tools & Dies.
A certified Six Sigma Black Belt leader who practiced good management skills professionally and participated various cost cutting measures and improvisation of processes and product quality. He has participated various Management training skills both with GE corporate and other private sectors.
A. Majid has managed multiple operations & staffing concurrently in Singapore, Malaysia & Indonesia.
As a lead consultant with ARIA Consulting Pte Ltd for a Contract Services company, he had provided consultation and re-organization that led to procuring the contract with an MNC logistic corporation.
Recruitment & Screening Process
GMR will link up with governmental community agencies, like Mendaki, WDA and Career Links to screen and recruit candidates. Advertisements in the local newspapers will also be used as a medium to recruit potential employees. GMR will conduct stringent interviews to ascertain suitability of candidates.
